Deliveries Policy

DELIVERY TIMINGS

Deliveries are currently being made by SHYFT on our behalf, which are usually two business days following the placement of your order. Custom orders are dispatched as per the anticipated timeline given in the specific item listing.

NON DELIVERY AREAS & ZONES

As per SHYFT's UAE network.

 

FRAMED ITEMS

It is strongly recommended if you are purchasing a framed piece that you arrange collection from our designated addresses in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain. Courier companies will not accept liability for delivering glass items. Whilst we will package items securely, accidents do happen. Alternatively, you are welcome to email us directly as we may be able to arrange a convenient time/place to bring the framed picture to you in person: jenny@GatewayToAbuDhabi.com

RETURNED DELIVERIES

In the unfortunate instance a package is returned when the courier company is not able to deliver due to the purchaser being unavailable, the cost will be at the purchaser's expense and additional fees will be incurred to arrange re-delivery.

DELIVERY COSTS

Shipping fees are charged as per the courier company's own pricing. We do not charge extra for packaging. SHYFT has a higher fee for over-sized items, which will generally apply to original artworks, limited edition giclee prints and wreaths.

We reserve the right to modify this deliveries policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on this website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated and in what manner,
