The tradition of giving a love spoon as a gift of romantic intent dates back to the 17th Century in Wales. They were wooden spoons with delicate carvings.

Carefully hand painted and decorated with the words 'LOVE SPOON', each mini wooden spoon is holding mini colourful conversation hearts embellishments, with typical Valentines sayings, including 'Sweet Kiss', 'Be Mine' and 'So Cute' amongst others. The spoons are finished with a red, hand painted wooden tag with a heart shape cut out and a Valentines themed bow.
