Refunds & Returns Policy

Changed your mind after your purchase? Not a problem. We will accept returns within seven (7) days of purchase excluding personalised and custom made to order items*(see below). Please notify us via email: jenny@GatewayToAbuDhabi.com We will respond within three (3) working days providing instructions for the return within the following three (3) days. Any items returned must be in perfect condition, e.g. unused and undamaged with any swing tickets still attached or wraps still attached. The item must be returned in the original packaging. Returns are at the customer's cost. Upon receipt and satisfactory checking of the returned item, we will issue a refund less shipping costs within fourteen (14) days.

 

In the instance you received a damaged item, the item was not as described on the website or we shipped the wrong item to you, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the item via email: jenny@GatewayToAbuDhabi.com Please supply pictures and retain the original packaging. We will arrange for the collection of the item at our cost and upon receipt and satisfactory checking of the returned item (that either Gateway Hand Crafted or the courier is at fault), we will issue a refund within fourteen (14) days. If you would prefer a a replacement or exchange item to the same or greater value, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate this, subject to availability, within seven (7) days.

Personalised and Custom Made To Order Items can not be returned unless the item is not as described on the website, we shipped the wrong item to you or it has been damaged during shipping.  Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the item via email: jenny@GatewayToAbuDhabi.com Please supply pictures and retain the original packaging. We reserve the right to modify this refunds & returns policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated and in what manner,
